Pecha Kucha Night

On February 12th at 6:00pm Women in Architecture will be holding a "Pecha Kucha Night". Pecha Kucha Night is like an "open mike" for designers - come share a selection from your design portfolio, images and stories from your travels, your hobbies, or anything you'd like, and learn about your peers and colleagues at the same time.

Pecha Kucha is, above all, a presentation format devised by architects Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham. Each presenter is allowed 20 images, each shown for 20 seconds, for a total of 6 minutes 40 seconds of fame before the next presenter is up. This keeps presentations concise, interest level up, and gives more people the chance to show.
