Invitation to Public Workshop on Oakland Energy and Climate Action Plan

The City of Oakland is developing a community-wide Energy and Climate Action Plan to identify actions the City can take to help minimize energy use and reduce greenhouse gas emissions throughout the Oakland community. City staff is seeking public input as they formulate this Plan. Please join us at the event below, co-hosted by the Oakland Chamber of Commerce and the City of Oakland, at which City staff hope to gather input from the business community.

Please join us for this business forum on shaping the City’s Plan. We will discuss criteria for setting priorities and City staff will solicit business input on strategies. This workshop will repeat the format of the City’s successful first public workshop held on December 11th, 2008.

This event is the Chamber’s monthly Economic Development Committee meeting, co-sponsored this month by the City of Oakland. This meeting is open to the public.
