The County of Sonoma intends to issue a Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) on or shortly after February 2, 2009.
Architects, Planners, Property Development Consultants, or other appropriate professionals or teams with multi-disciplinary expertise, may respond for a possible interview for professional services related to strategic service delivery analysis, facility planning and assessment, real estate analysis, development funding and other work associated with developing the Comprehensive County Facilities Plan (CCFP) for the County of Sonoma.
