The University of California, San Diego (UCSD), will be selecting an Executive Architect to perform design, construction drawings, bid, and construction phase services for an approximate 5,038 GSF renovation of the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) program space, located on the 2nd floor of the Center for Molecular Medicine East (CMM East), and the 5th floor of the Engineering Building Unit I (EBU1) at UCSD. The approximate total construction cost is estimated at $800,000 at CCCI 4890. This project is subject to the campus/University academic and administrative approval process.
