Verifying Building Performance

The COTE Forum (aka the Green & Sustainable Forum), meets Wednesday, January 16 for a presentation titled "Verifying Building Performance."

The program will inform architects of the consulting and contracting services available to verify Building Performance. Designing an energy efficient building is not enough, it is more important to make sure that the building performs as designed.

The discussion will focus on how architects can improve the performance of their buildings beginning with the design and specification stages, and concluding with appropriate testing which will verify that targets were met.
