Architect Robert Swatt, FAIA on West Coast modernism.

Swatt Architects, based in Emeryville, California, has built a
reputation for design excellence. Recent projects include
internationally acclaimed residences throughout Northern California,
GreenCity Lofts -the "greenest" multi-family housing project in
the Bay Area - and the Free Speech Movement Café at UC Berkeley.
The firm has been recognized with over 40 design awards, including 13
awards from The American Institute of Architects.

Robert Swatt, FAIA will join us for a presentation focusing
on the work of his firm. Plus, through photos of earlier
modern architectural masterpieces, Robert will trace the common
themes which permeate his work and connect it to the traditions
of West Coast modernism. Refreshments will be served.
