Zoning Update Committee meeting on August 4, 2010

Upcoming public meeting of the Zoning Update Committee (ZUC), a committee of the Oakland Planning Commission. At this meeting, the public will have the opportunity to continue the discussion of the City’s proposed changes to the zoning text and maps in the commercial and residential areas of West Oakland, North Oakland and the North Hills. This discussion is continued from the prior ZUC meeting, held on July 14, 2010.

There are several further public meetings scheduled for the Zoning Update process, covering the geographic areas of Oakland: (1) Central Oakland; (2) East Oakland and South Hills. A similar email announcement will be sent a week prior to the Zoning Update Committee meetings. Please note that the geographic areas of the meetings are subject to change, depending on the decisions made at the ZUC meetings.
