Each workstation is a corner space, approximately 75 sq. ft. in size, and can be grouped in various configurations depending on your needs. Shared use of common spaces, including kitchen, conference room, bathroom, and landscaped outdoor patio is included. Possible shared use of machines, including printers, plotters, phones, fax, copiers, scanners, internet, and mailstation also negotiable. Possible shared assistance from office manager negotiable as well.

Located just blocks from the Ashby BART station and the Berkeley Bowl, the neighborhood is both convenient and generally quiet. We are a small, 30 year old architecture firm that designs and builds private residences, affordable housing, and green retreat centers. The staff is friendly, casual, and creative-minded. We are looking for compatible renters in the architecture, engineering, or design fields.
