The upcoming public meeting of the Zoning Update Committee (ZUC), a committee of the Oakland Planning Commission. At this meeting, the public will have the opportunity to discuss the City’s proposed changes to the zoning text and maps in the commercial and residential areas. The meeting agenda is to discuss changes to the text and zoning maps which have been made since the previous four public meetings, and to address any outstanding issues, before the Planning Commission begins its public hearings on the Citywide Zoning Update in November.
