The University of California, San Diego, will be selecting an Executive Architect to provide architectural design services (described below) for an approximately 8,000 SF renovation of the Clinical Laboratory department located on the second floor of the existing patient tower at UCSD Medical Center, Hillcrest, located at 200 W. Arbor Drive, San Diego, California. The approximate total construction cost is estimated at $5,500,000 at cost index CCCI 5259. The project is subject to the campus/university academic and administrative approval process.
