Central Estuary Plan Community Workshop #1

This plan will provide a framework to support development and enhancement of the area. It will balance land-use goals with the environmental, economic, quality of life and health-related interests of the community. Building upon previous visioning efforts, the City of Oakland will be convening several community workshops to gather public input throughout the Specific Plan development process. Your participation is an essential component of the plan. Please join us!
