This forum will address the variety of ways firms can archive projects after their work has been completed, so that they are easily retrieved for future use.
Attendees will learn the various best practices used by other attendees for the storage and retrieval of files, drawings, data and information related to projects which have been completed. Attendees will learn filing and cataloging systems for tracking information related to projects as well as the best practices for storage of electronic data related to projects. Attendees will also learn the appropriate duration of storage, and methods for purging project files.
