Does your firm need an HR person on staff? After this round table discussion attendees will have a greater understanding of the importance of creating and maintaining an employee manual. Attendees will learn about restrictions on employee activities at their place of work. Attendees will also learn about rules and opportunities for employee credit on projects. Lastly, attendees will gain a greater understanding of the difference between termination for cause versus for lack of work, and the important difference.
