I have half my office space that I would like to share with a good (preferably Macintosh-based) design professional. I'm asking $1200/month for about 500 sq.ft.
They would be in a PRIME location in Berkeley (I'm next to the Claremont Hotel) in a quiet, productive setting.
They have the option to share my great color plotter (Canon) as well as my life-saving 12x18 color copier (Mionolta) that has allowed my office to create great submittals and presentations.
