The University of California, San Diego (UCSD), will be selecting a Special Inspection and Materials Testing firm for the North Campus Housing project. This includes approximately 315,105 GSF of space, including approximately apartment space, common spaces such as vending, laundry, mail areas and administrative offices, and retail space. The retail space includes a cafe’ and a satellite bookstore to serve the North Campus neighborhood.
Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2008.
