Looking to purchase a mid-century modern home

From a member of the public, Bob Coover:

"We are looking to purchase a mid-century modern home in the East Bay, (i.e. Oakland, Orinda, Moraga, Lafayette, Berkeley). We have located several homes designed by Neutra, but none are for sale.

The particular architect is not as important as the design; we prefer the “bringing the outdoors in” feel that you get with large amounts of glass. We believe that there are several homes in the area by Roger Lee, David Thorne, and Harry Bruno but no luck on locating anything yet. We are ready to buy immediately if anybody has something fitting the bill."

What about Echler properties. I photograph for them freelance sometimes (Socal modern homes) and I know they've built many homes in the Bay area.
