Succeed at LEED is a full-day intensive workshop designed to help LEED project managers and other team members effectively lead projects from initiation to completion. While other LEED trainings and workshops look at the nuances and details of specific LEED credits and prerequisites, Succeed at LEED focuses primarily on the LEED process.

Everything you need to know about successful management of the LEED process, from first client meeting to certification. Brightworks has worked on over 45 LEED projects including LEED Gold-certified high-rise condominiums and office buildings. They will share the systems, plans, and business processes they have developed to bring LEED projects to successful completion.

Course content includes:
· The Client Meeting
· The Eco-charrette
· Evaluating and prioritizing by cost
· Setting Up a Process Management System
