Wednesday, May 7 at noon the City of Oakland's Planning and Zoning Department will discuss the updates on the Planning and Zoning regulations to make them consistent with the General Plan, which the City adopted in March 1998. The zoning regulations are being streamlined and tailored to reflect community needs. The revised Planning Code will be an updated, more user-friendly framework for reviewing and approving development projects.
